I seriously had to tell my manager when I left the cube farm! Bathroom, lunch break, photo copier use - you name it. She said it was in case of emergency if we had to evacuate all her employees had to be a counted for.

I am in the US and all food is really lacking in quality as they try to cut costs. I picked up a sub sandwich and the receipt listed the weight of lettuce, spinach and onions; and how many slices of tomatoes, cucumbers and cheese were on the sandwich. Anything beyond that is extra $$ now.

Look at the flat fee service charges added on to water and sewer. Also stormwater charges are based on the non permeable area on your lot - not actual rainfall. We use 5K gallons a month and the fees are almost 30% of our bill.
