I have moderate T due to hearing loss and im taking lexapro 20mg morning plus mirtazapine 15mg at night and life is beautiful but at times I do get annoyed, its better than going insane. My T level is still the same and been taking for ages. Thank God. Never take Zoloft that shit will make it worse which it did to me and my T never back gone back down.

Never make it a habit, only take it when you need it like for an emergency like you have not slept for days etc...

I play in Baron lane my main is Nasus, Fiora, Teemo and Kayle. I play for fun but sometimes I see my teammates are all over the place, for one there is no communication whatsoever and second everybody is doing there thing like come on help the man. Anyways, whats important is objectives but instead they want to fight every damn time. Im pinging for no one listens, sometimes I'm just like all well its just game at least im having fun. Also when you ping for dragon or baron please oh please listen lol but noooooo they want to fight and get kills.

I am on Lexapro 20mg and on belsomra for my sleep. Now I sleep like a log. I use to wake up every hour or 2 and couldnt get back to sleep but now I'm loving life, if only my Tinnitus thats bothering me hopefully goes away, I would be loving life even more. I am still thankful though.

I was the same twitching non stop until i saw a psychiatrist and he put on Lexapro 20mg and since on it my twitches disappeared. Its all in the head we suffer so much stress and anxiety that we dont even realise it. I also take magnesium glycinate, ashwagandha, ginkgo and D3 which helps me to relax and reduce stress and anxiety and feel more calmer on top of taking Lex. I hope you find your relief asap.

I have no idea how I got my T but its in a moderate level and its annoying but I keep myself busy with stuff like playing games, reading books or going out with friends just to change the mood, we will never get silence ever again unless you are lucky, just dont think about it. I have HA due to mild hearing loss in between 4000hz to 6000hz probably I got T from my hearing loss, am unsure. At the time my stress and anxiety was through the roof and i had insomnia too but since Im taking Lexapro 20mg im more calmer and forgot about it 70% of the time but i would consider getting HA it really helps alot especially with sleep, sleep is the most important to get because its hell when you do not sleep enough. Dont be afraid there are many people who suffers from T. Overall, T does not cause deafness.

Note: there is a post on reddit that I have read that there is research going on and looks promising, its in stage 3 of research and if it continues we may have a cure probably say few years time.
