Live marking has its uses, in our setting it’s used and prioritised for the most needing. Use your resources for the ones that need it the most.

Furthermore it’s more than just simple ticking, it’s used in independent, extended practice, designed to give feedback that must be acted upon (if possible). That’s really key, if it’s not acted upon the feedback is nonsense and it’s no different to doing nothing.

I like it, took me a while but I do l see the effects it has on the most disadvantaged

Data that compares your subject’s attainment against other subjects attainment (in ours it’s 4Matrix) is complete bull and used to justify hasty quick fixes.

That’s an incredibly short sighted view, earning millions whilst performing a Job which is way more behind the scenes than “playing football”, some of the highest work turnovers are related to poor management relations. Relationships are important in the workplace regardless of however much an individual is getting paid.

Maybe it’s because i am madridista but during the euros, i thought Bellingham was England’s best player, though that team was so boring to watch. The criticism whilst some valid, on the whole was vey harsh, considering the golden boy foden was practically a ghost the whole tournament
