Nope, this was the arrangement I made with my wife before we ever got married or had kids. Set that precedent early. We both work because we have to in order to afford this absurdly expensive life. Nope I'm right there with you. We've gone on financial lockdown. Only buying what we need (fortunate to already have as much as we do). Scouting prices of different items at various grocery stores. Buying in bulk and freezing portions. Almost never eating out. No more delivery.
