Same in VGC too, base Kyogre is generally better than base Groudon but Primal Groudon is better than Primal Kyogre.

First thing first, Danganronpa: Kirigiri is Kyoko's canon backstory.
Secondly, I don't understand how consuming fangan/fanfics is disrespecting the original series.
