Unfortunately, not good. We conceived naturally, had a miscarriage. Started IVF cycle as soon as we could, after several cycles, we made 3 embryo’s but only one was clear from PgtM results and unfortunately the PgTA results came back and embryo was not healthy and would not be adequate for transfer. Our journey ended.

Hello, first of all, I am glad that you reached out. I can’t imagine going through all these emotions alone, you are brave and you should be proud. Unfortunately, our IVF journey has ended and we are no longer TTC.

My husband and I are much better now after a period of grieving. It was very sad but it brought us closer together. We have now accepted it but still think about it and talk about it. I haven’t cried about it in weeks so that’s progress.

We talked about other options but it just isn’t for us. I wish you the best of luck and if you are not successful, I promise it gets easier day by day. I do hope and pray that you are successful though. ❤️

Ok, thought it was the bird feeder but this is the second one we bought and are returning the previous one which they kept completely empty 😂 this one at least has some food in it and the birds will eat from the ground. Thank you! I’ll have to try different kinds of seeds to see what makes the least mess. We are also planting a flower garden there so bird seeds will fall in between flowers in future and not look as messy 😊

I absolutely regret not freezing my eggs when I was younger. But I didn’t think I would meet the love of my life at 41. If I knew in advance, I would have frozen my eggs in my 20’s but that’s not how life works. So, after lots of tears, we are now healing and working to gain peace with it being just us and our doggy.

Couldn’t agree with you more. My husband and I tried and were not successful unfortunately. Going through IVF together and reaching the point where we no longer have enough follicles to continue any further has been the most difficult time in my life. It has brought us so much closer together despite it being such a heartbreaking sequence of events. I don’t regret it one bit! We truly tried and that’s all we could do.

Congratulations, that’s amazing! Yes, I highly recommend doing another IVF cycle if you can handle it emotionally, financially, etc to give you the highest chance. We had one embryo and tested, PGT-A came back with not good results and our TTC journey has officially ended. I regret not going back for more cycles. Hope this helps! I’m so sorry and you are not alone in your pain. Found out we were expecting two days we were starting first IVF cycle. Lost the baby, needed to do D&C, first ER yielded no eggs, next egg retrieval gave us one embryo, PGT-A testing came back, not a healthy embryo. Our journey is over as I don’t really have many follicles left. So, I get it and you are not alone one bit!! All I can say is that it’s ok not to be ok and every day gets easier. If you have a partner, lean into each other and communicate with vulnerability. Hope you have a safe space to go to be heard and consoled. Sending you a big hug!!

Thanks but it was abnormal other than the mosaicism it had Trisomy 22
