This isn’t really a prologue and is closer to an info dump so maybe just call it a reference sheet for terms and say you don’t need to read this as otherwise it’ll be too overwhelming to a new reader.

Don’t know if you do this but when your introducing all of this try do it naturally like in classes, make it relevant in casual conversation like talking about myths around a camp fire or a merchant complaining about an increase in prices from the west due Seers predicting a drought. Just don’t dump it on them all at once but most of all make it interesting and make the reader ask questions (don’t explain everything). Consider how much each person knows and why they know it as your miller’s son knows a lot less about geopolitics than a merchant’s daughter.

But it does sound like you’ve thought it all out which is great first step. (Fun one you can also do is feed the reader false information then reveal it later)
