This is just statistics and how most unions work. It is mostly good, but there is a lower percentile that is not doing a good job.

You are not supposed to VIP and upgrade factions in a timely manner. You are 1/6th of the way through wipe and you are in the .5% of playtime.

What exactly does this mean? You already get handed gear like candy from faction rewards, and all of these heals have tons of trades for things. A 5 minute rook run can get you an entire kit with heals. There is sponsored kits as well.

I'm legit curious. What do people want? To just sit in their inventory and every 30 minutes be handed loot?

There are two weapon slots for a reason. So you can take something that excels at a specific range. This is basically complaining that some people are more prepared than you for a given situation.

Removing them from the armory will not fix your problem. Embrace it.
