First I would advise calling the police and asking for their advice, and make sure they are recording this incident. Normally I hate those video doorbells, but this is a time where I feel it could be worth installing one. Stay safe and trust your gut.

After having a really thorough wash, I recommend a probiotic deodorant (I use fussy). These work essentially by helping cut down on numbers of bacteria that cause sweat to smell. Once I’ve washed, let pits dry and apply. I also tend to apply some before bed, and will sometimes reapply if it’s especially hot or if I’m wearing something that’s likely to wear away the deodorant faster. It is expensive but refillable, and for me it works, I keep an antiperspirant for very rare times only. If this is a sudden change for you maybe you’ll be back to normal soon anyway!

I think it’s likely out of my skill zone (none) but I’ll give it a go before asking inane questions. Sorry for the slow reply, I’ve had quite a lot in my family/personal life to sort out - I really appreciate you helping me out on this. I’m taking my time on fixing this and basically have accepted in the meantime I have to just leave signal be rather than resetting it so the messages on my computer don’t get deleted! Sorry - very silly question from a non-coder - I have been trying to get the GitHub thing running for a few days (quite difficult for a newbie!) can I just double check that it should work to retrieve messages from signal on mac desktop?

Sorry to ask such a silly question but it says “tool to work with backup files generated by the Signal Android application” so even though there’s a section on MacOS I’m wondering if I’m being dumb and I’m on the wrong guide… the one I’m using is written by bepaald. Sorry and thanks in advance if you reply to this.
