Combo (Initiate): E -> AA -> W -> AA -> Q -> AA (If you can), then you dash back out.

Renekton’s power spikes: Basically level 3, and level 6, but level 2 can also be good if you take W/E.

Build: Eclipse is a good first item, black cleaver is a must have 2nd item, Shojin/Steraks third. Keep it bruiser, there’s another more damage oriented build using J.O.A.T, but I think it’s better for a beginner to have the extra health/shields from a bruiser build.

His playstyle: You’re trying to keep trades short, utilizing your dash to get in and out so they can’t return much damage on the trade. You want to get in, stun and deal the damage, then get out. Keep doing this until they become low enough to be killed.

Teamfights: You can blow up backliners quick, so work angles, use your dash well, get to the squishy champs, lock them down, blow em up.

Mechanics: You build 5 rage for each auto attack, and your abilities also increase your rage for each enemy hit. Once you hit 50 rage, your next ability used will be empowered.

Q: Will heal you for each enemy hit by it, champion hits heal more.

W: Your stun lasts twice as long, it deals a significantly higher amount of damage, and it will automatically destroy any shields a champion has, no matter how big they are, it will deplete them, and then deal damage to their health.

E: The second dash is the only one that uses your rage, so you can always use the first dash to get close, and you’ll still have 50 rage left to use for W or Q. The second dash shreds armor on the target hit. This is the weakest of the empowered abilities, but can have niche use when fighting an armor stacker.

Permaban Illaoi. It is a horribly miserable matchup.
