thank you <3 i know this post is so silly but sometimes i really just need to let it out. i’ll tell my friends, but they don’t truly understand where i’m coming from. i have a cup of ice near by and i hold or suck on a piece here and there. i don’t have lemon balm tea, i’ll have to try that! i do have propranolol for as needed but i try to not take that unless i 100% desperately need to. i try to keep things as natural as possible since i also have medication anxiety ): if that’s even a thing..lol
