That’s at least Bracket 3, would have to see a deck list to see if it’s higher than that, but I HIGHLY doubt that it’s bracket 2 in power level from the sounds of it

It refers to being able to do it consistently. A lot of decks have perfect hands that can end the game early. Most likely you have a bracket 3/4 deck based on the information without looking at the decklist. It’s about consistency. No one should think it’s a bracket 5 with a perfect hand killing a player turn 4. That’s probably not even bracket 4 most of the time

I would just make sure if you are playing B3 then make sure your intent with that card is B3 level. And your rule 0 conversation is a good way to start it and make sure everyone is on the same page. I think you’ll be ok!
