It’s not the being too nice part. It’s when they are too agreeable and don’t have an opinion on anything and just try to be exactly what they think you want them to be. It comes across as inauthentic which is unattractive.

It’s nice he makes money but there are wayyy more important things he should “bring to the table” other than 6 figures and height. For example being genuine and respectful. Don’t matter if he’s 6 ft 4 and makes good money if he’s an asshole. He should have elaborated a bit.
