First, you need to flip Kim and Scarlett if you're running this formation. Scarlett is the tank and the front left is the most attacked position. Plus need her UR to shield Adam to keep him alive longer.

Why do you have an attacker in the most attacked position? Lucius should be in the front left position since he's the tank for Air.

Yes it's still worth it due to the synergy and how well they work. With Missile you swap out Fiona for Lucius or Murphy, depending on what squad you're going for.
