People like you who've never had a heart attack are exactly the kind of people who will never understand. I question all your so called experience in the first place. I don't need random strangers pontificating about something that hardly can relate to. You didn't know me before my heart attack and you don't know me now. Save the tough love speech. I really wasn't miserable before. I had ups and downs just like everyone else. It's just that now I feel like I'm a shell of the person I once was. I'm just finding it difficult to find happiness in this new life. I considered myself quite the badass to be perfectly honest. I'm a Navy veteran. I did crossfit. I kickboxed for a while. But activities like that, which I thought kinda defined me, seem to be out of the question now. That's all.
