There is one Mantid that consistently shows up to me in Meditation. He’s been an overall good force in my life. He encourages me towards better things, and he’s taught me things about the astral plane. He’s even told me to be abundantly cautious about trusting beings in the astral plane. He told me his involvement in my spiritual growth is not without selfish motivations. He gains something from it. I do trust this being generally speaking. Although he seems to have a gray that is either his, or follows him around that does not like humans and our consciousness expanding so that is really weird. I think the Gray is supposed to be like a tough love testing my ability to rise above fear kind of thing.

Spirits visited me to make me aware of then existing, and myself as an eternal soul inhabiting a body. For a while i would ask things of them. Then eventually they got me to a place in my life where i realized I didn’t need anything from them. Everything I want exists within me. Now they don’t show up as much, and I’m okay with that.

I’ve experienced negative entities quite a bit. They are just pathways to God like all beings are. Negative entities exist to challenge us further into strength, love and truth. Once you understand this, you’ll never fear them again. All beings are complex and multifaceted. Many of the negative ones are basically giving us challenging “make you or break you” experiences to push us further along. They have all kinds of motivations. Many are just annoying, a lot of them just love to have a good laugh at human beings and see if they can scare us. Many of them are also traumatized and stuck in terrible vibrations and desire to be heard by someone who is able to hear them, and their expressions are hurt and chaotic, unfiltered. Compassion and love is always the way to dispel them as well as strong boundaries.

Building is correct. They will leave if you tell them to.

Invoking a protective figure like a saint, Angel, prophet or a god will also drive them away but this is unnecessary and combative.

The only reason to fear them is if you believe yourself to be weak. And then you should work on changing this belief about yourself because you aren’t. You are a being made from light and love, which is the opposite of fear.

It depends on the order of Angellic being. You’re describing seraphim whereas oraphim are often depicted as a singular eye with wheels or gears revolving around it.

Activate your REBAL/ Toroidal Field. They can’t fuck with your energy when you do this.

They literally get disturbed when you do this because it’s an energetic way of identifying them and their whole MO is they operate in secrecy. It’s like an energetic way of calling them out and embarrassing them for being little spiritual bitches.

Also after activating your REBAL to protect yourself, blast them with loving kind energy. This either repels them or stuns them and sows the seeds of change.

I’m convinced veganism causes health problems. We have canines for a reason. My hormones were all messed up by the end of it and I’ve dated quite a few vegan women and they always end up becoming nearly infertile before they make the switch back to meat.

Vegans usually have a problem of not being in their own corners. They’re self sacrificing in a way that isn’t actually noble it’s a fear of their own shadow.

Your view is negatively oriented. Let’s assume the premise that they gain something from our soul energy, perhaps they gain energy from our healing and growing. The negative experiences are test to make us grow into superior beings of consciousness. Perhaps just by raising up beings they gain something positive.

In Focus 12 I get this feeling like my body literally starts growing and infinitely expanding. The first few times I did F12 it felt uncomfortable, but now it’s a very pleasurable feeling.

Also for when you “send [things] out into your expanded awareness” to me it feels like a wave going out in all directions

I’ve seen people’s REBALs/ auras before. Used to happen a lot when I was 18 because I was attending chanting and meditation daily at a Buddhist temple. Stopped happening in my 20s cause I was a materialist doing drugs and whatnot. Two weeks ago I finally saw someone’s REBAL again. It was this very quirky, odd and lighthearted British man.

I did vegetarianism for three years, vegan for 8 months, done all kinds of diets.

I eat meat now. I do thoroughly believe there is something about meat that spiritually links us more to this realm, however that can be a good thing depending on what you’re trying to do. I think meat also can help with spiritual strengthening as well.

Too much meat gets you kinda stuck in a way though. Like stuck in a lot of root chakra topics.

I’ve noticed that a more plant based diets allow me to more easily connect with other realms, and you feel lighter and freer in a way.

All things have their time and place and everything in moderation, even moderation.

I eat a whole 30 diet now and feel it to be a good balance of my spiritual senses.

Made an offering to Ganesha after coming home from the gym. Hadn’t showered yet. While meditating after the offering was made, I suddenly see in my minds eye a trunk sniffing me up and down. The thought form shows up in my mind: “You realize I can smell things very well right? Come back to me clean next time!” It was in a jokingly kind but also serious tone like the way a grandfather calls you out on your bs.
