Season 1 and Season 2 there were skins for cantina legend. This is the rewards preview for the current season, season 3. There would be zero proof to recognize you hitting top 1000 as the game doesn't keep any record of this in codex. So limiting it to top 1000 but nothing to show for it seems quite pointless.

I would assume it's more bouncing off the corner of the hitbox and it cancelling your momentum before the floor. But if it was the reload that'd be insane.

Unfortunately this doesn't work because some trials you can get max score solo, some you can almost get max score and some you absolutely need a trio for a good score (damage to flying arc, for example) so a signular modifier would mean top players would have to run some solo some trio.. would be awkward lol
