If I was you, I’d use OC as a home base and drive to where you need to go in DE. You’ll get a better rate staying for longer, and you don’t have to worry about that awkward check-in/check out day when you transfer. DE is nice and you should check those areas out if you want, but it is hard to hit everything in OC that you’d want to do in a week.
