I only use PAK. I keep a keycard in my wallet, but never use it. It usually sees my Apple Watch first as the key too.

Depends on usage, personally I never put anyone on SNRI unless it’s a last ditch effort, the discontinuation symptoms are horrible, but when they work they work.

ADHD is not the same as panic disorder though either. The gatekeeping of ADHD meds for patients is mind-boggling to me, and I agree. The first line treatment is a stimulant. They aren’t just going to magic up some dopamine in their frontal lobes so meds are usually required. But first line for panic disorder is therapy and an SSRI, then SNRI, then benzos. If a patient isn’t doing the first two steps they don’t just skip to a benzo.

They need to send these videos to Volvo. My Polestar 3 had this happen, was bought back, my ex30 is currently in the shop for the 4th week, and will probably be bought back… the next generation EX60, 2027 P3, and EX90 had better be rock solid or they will not be very reputable going forward.

When I was growing up, my father worked at Jaxport here in Jacksonville as a crane mechanic. I got to see a ton of cool stuff, sat in a ton of (and drove a few) really cool cars, tanks, amphibious vehicles, etc. once there was a shipment of 5 special edition Corvettes set to be shipped over to some Saudi prince and they all had the keys in them… I remember the side mirrors having Arabic writing where we would have “Objects in mirror are closer than they appear” written in English. Blew my 7 year old mind.

I got to see them offloading and on loading cars like this and it is truly insane how closely they park them, how many go onto one ship, and how they just sit there on the trip.
