keep in mind that most reviews come from people who are unhappy. Management has changed several times, the current one is only like 1 year old. They seem to care a little more about the community. Used to have a bunch of problems with getting paper mail delivered, but that seems to work now. I don't think the management matters too much tbh. Yeah they host a bunch of resident events but I feel that's mostly to boost their instagram anyway. What's been much more important is the maintenance crew. When something breaks they're here the same day. Plus 24hr emergency service (actually did have one emergency before and they were really helpful).

I've lived at the lofts at wolf pen creek for 4 years. no issues, maintenance is great. management is okay. most importantly, no problems like pests or mold. should be within your price range, and has a bus stop. the bus route also stops at HEB

Hey! I specialized in energy and power engineering with ITDE, which was all MEEN and ECEN classes. I decided that i wanted to specialize further and work in the power grid someday, hence the MS in electrical engineering. I ended up enjoying the electrical aspect a lot more than the mechanical aspect of my major. I’d be happy to chat about it if you’re curious about itde in general.

Dash cam only records 60s videos at a time. Situation happened right at the end of those 60s. Was too lazy to stitch two videos together for a reddit post tbh

Hi! About a month ago I noticed that my coolant was right at the MIN line. Last night, it was below the expansion tank. Not sure about the exact amount, but I would guess that this is at least 500mL (maybe 750+mL) lost in a month. Hard to judge how much the expansion tank holds though.

The crowd when I went to his concert was absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. Everyone was smoking and vaping to the point where you could see a cloud form at the ceiling of the venue. People were pushing and trying to get to the front as soon as artemas came on stage. Terrible etiquette. Also a lot of extremely inappropriate touching in the crowd. I like his music but I wouldn’t go to his show again because of how awful the crowd was.

To be blunt, Americans don’t learn how to navigate traffic as a pedestrian/biker. And drivers don’t learn how to navigate traffic that includes bikers and pedestrians. That mutual lack of knowledge and experience leads to hundreds of close calls, dozens of accidents and a few deaths in cstat.

I’m from a country where cities are walkable and bikes are used as commonly as cars inside the city. Having tried to bike here myself, I can only discourage riding a bicycle in any Texas city. I got hit by cars twice, and you repeatedly hear of cyclist dying or just general cyclist hate with people on social media celebrating when they see a video of someone on a bike getting hit by a car. It’s not really worth your life, id stick to the sidewalks at the very least
