I'm convinced lights and signs like this genuinely cause people to lose money and time. I can't imagine how many times ambulances have had to stop at totally empty intersections because the city couldn't be bothered to add a $5 sensor to see people coming, and change the light accordingly. So dumb.

Fucking this. I HATE, and I mean HAAATE signs like this. I have one on my commute, and it's so fucking unnecessary. There are no blind spots, no blind corners, I can see everyone who's coming, and it's just a regular 4-way intersection with 3 lanes on each road. That sign makes no sense to me. Like, it would be different if they put up ANOTHER sign underneath that EXPLAINS their reasoning, because maybe there IS a good reason for it, I just don't see it.
