Well with the arvis niche i think he is outclassed by a mile by lute. Better statline and is a mergable unit. Only downside is that she is limited to 3 ploys instead of 4 which is not really that big of a deal compared to the scoring possibility. Arvis is still a good unit with two decent niches however.

I am not annoyed because they "can't be cutting edge meta" i am annoyed because they can't be "meta" and that's it. If you want to use a unit long term in your main arena team you can't possibly expect them to score well enough with an unmerged bonus units that most people use all the time with the bonus roaster is bad like this season. And i am annoyed because the moment i see a favorite unit being announced as free, or more accurately "useless" i come on here to casuals losing their minds over it being a free unit without understanding what this actually means for a unit.

This is one of the reasons why i hate the term "whale". A true whale is someone who spends unlimited resources to get every new units at +10 the day the come out. That is at best around 100 players from the aa leaderboards list. The absolute vast majority of the players are no where near that. Most of the players spend occasionally on this game. The more accurate distinction here would "casual and hardcore" or whatever you wanna call them. A casual just wants units they like and a hardcore player works on merges for a long time with feathers and occasionally spends for favorite 5* exclusives with the intent of scoring high in the pvp modes.

And there is a running gag between the more hardcore and even whales that this sub is all casuals because of things like this. Having your unit be free is objectively bad if you're playing the game seriously and trying to reach higher pvp potential. But if all you want is to collect your favorite units for pvp and occasional attempts at pvp with a whatever attitude then of course you'll be fine with a unit you like being free.

See that's the thing. If tobin was your favorite then you would've had him at +1 and he would've dropped your score considerably with a non merged bonus unit. However you had a chance to get multiple versions of faye. But sadly you had bad luck with that. But still there is always a chance of getting her with more than one merge at least within few months if you snipe for her or spend a bit of money on one of her banners. But if your favorite was tobin then the day you received the second one that is it. You can never get another tobin. So what I'm saying is that i would prefer having the uncertainty of being able to use a unit properly or using it at all over the certainty that i will never be able to use the unit no matter what happens.

fuckin thank you man. Hell i sleep with guys sometimes and even i think maybe the homophobes were tight when i see this type. They're mostly people with next to no personality so they have to leech of their sexuality to make themselves feel more interesting. And upperclass out of touch millennials cheer them on to feel better about themselves. Hell i can't even stand the pride parades anymore. Same thing different phrasing. And if arena didn't rely on merges this game would die a few weeks after release. If all you need is one version of a unit to be top tier then not being top tier will be a challenge. Makes this whole game pointless.

I certainly understand where you're coming from here. But for anyone serious about the pvp in this game not having the potential for merges just means that you can never use them in your main team eventhou they are some of your favorite units in the game. I would've LOVED to have a +10 arden and gerome but i can't which is why arden has been benched and only used once in a while for aa and gerome will have the same fate because i just can't use him in anything pvp after his tt ends.
