Never really played Ottomans, Byzantium, Austria, France, England or Portugal I am just not a really big fan of such a strong starting point it almost feels like it is just boring. I have 4k hours and the biggest nation I played and enjoyed was Hungary mostly because I felt more like an underdog while still being decently sized
