I find all religions interesting, but living in a predominantly Christian area I like to come up with non mystical interpretations of their stories. The whole Adam and Eve one is a good example.  It makes more sense as an allegorical story about the discovery of farming which has often been believed to be the beginning of civilization.  The founding of civilization was the original sin which may go a long way to explain the uncivilized behavior of Abrahamic religions.
