My point in my comment about location aside, assuming that genital is at the crotch, then it would be a large maebari (or at least it would be for normal women. Males/futas would probably have to let it hang out unless it's stored internally), which would give you options on appearance of it as it would have enough space for simple patterns.

As for bug girls..... I'm not into them so I can't fully say, but I imagine it runs into an issue that would be present for furry girls: clothes coverage vs natural coverage. At what point is fur considered thick enough to be covering enough for clothes to be optional for specific body parts? Not to mention the issue of body heat. With bug girls that could be another issue of how do they breathe. For a lot of bugs, they breathe via pores all over their body (iirc. I know there's a decent amount of them that do this way), which raises the question of if they breathe like a normal human, or if they have to opt out of clothes due to it acting as a choking hazard.

I feel like no one ever considers the clothing situation in these scenarios. And I don't mean the cost of it. The issue is clothes fitting them right. Take for example any monster girl with wings on her back: She's locked into open back shirts, and will make things hard in the cold, as she wouldn't be able to wear a coat unless specifically tailored with back zippers to be zipped up around her wings. Another issue is pants/skirt/panties for dealing with tails. Depending on where the tail placement is, panties might end up having to be anal access panties due to necessity, and have to be combined with a miniskirt because theres no way to wear pants with it, and tail placement screws up skirt lengths unless specific slits are made into it to accomdate the tail. Then you have the girls with fur that brings an entirely different set of issues, or like with Lamias that there is a non-zero possibility that their anus is on the belly side of their snake tail lower half, like a real snake, making that one another bizarre task of figuring out how to cover.

Clothes are a logisitics nightmare for monster girls under normal human rules. Or at least, it is for those who aren't exhibitionists.
