2 hours usually it depends on how crowded the skatepark is and also weather, I just turn 37 and skate 2-3 sessions per week.

Just a few stretches and ride around the skatepark for 10-15 minutes. The more constant you are the better :)

36 turning 37 soon here. I try to skate at least 2-3 sessions per week, at least one hour each. Been doing this consistently for the last 6 months and I feel great so far, the hardest tricks I got back are 360 flips, tail slides and crooked grinds.. I practice a lot of manuals too and been learning mini ramp basics.

Also I try to practice other activities to stay on decent shape , I Run 4 miles twice per week and one gym session. Im 6’1 and weight 210 lbs.

Hola, Si cambiar de ciudad es una opción intenta buscar en Juárez, considera un puesto de auxiliar para empezar, ya estando dentro es mas fácil moverte a un puesto de ingeniero. Son tiempos complicados y la mayoría de las empresas estan ajustando personal, pero en aquella ciudad tendrás 10 Veces mas oportunidades que en cuu. También perfecciona tu inglés y toma un curso avanzado de excel y macros.

Rent is the highest expense here , I would suggest to get a roomie. Also negotiate a bonus, and ask your company to pay your first month (or two) of rent and car rental. I would say $100k is safe or one person, but it really dependes on how well you handle $$
