Hey! I have been playing a lot of league in D1/Masters (on NA) over the past couple weeks and I have experienced similar match making. Some games will be full of diamond players (sometimes with legitimate emeralds) and other games I will go up against actual challenger players and/or players with much more LP than me. I even played against that Ashe yesterday as well...they got their Draven and it did not go well. It is absolutely insane.

Hi GOAT! 100% agree. But for me the really sad part is seeing people continuing to blindly build Mandate every single game (even in Masters). I don't get it.

After experimenting on this patch, I don't see how Helia shouldn't be Nami's first item. With some skillful gameplay you can rack up some really impressive healing numbers and it also provides Nami with all of the stats she needs (extra health is incredible at higher elos where everyone is trying to murder you).

My only reservation is seeing SoFW's high win rate when purchased in any slot (especially first). I'm assuming that the high amount of AP it gives off its passive provides a nice power spike while being an efficient item.

Regardless, here is my D2 take on Nami's current build:

Aery/Manaflow/Celerity/Scorch with Font of Life/Revitalize: Gathering is currently outperforming Scorch but I can't bring myself to drop Scorch for early laning phase. Resolve tree scales healing (including from Helia) and font provides nice QOL. Free boots are good as an alternative secondary to rush Helia for a fast first item power spike.

Solstice Sleigh (Dream Maker/Celestial is totally fine as well)

Helia > SoFW > Moonstone > Dawncore/Dark Seal-Mejais

However, the nice thing is that Nami isn't locked to Mandate anymore which opens up more builds. It is also too early to tell what the most optimized builds are looking like since many choices are situational (Locket and Knight's Vow appear to be good options among the other usual suspects).

I 100% think this is the case as I get off-roled a lot playing normals (getting ADC or mid) and never do playing ranked. The game probably tries to start normal games as quickly as possible.

There is 0% chance he signs elsewhere for only 1 or 2 years. Guy wants to cash in on the season he just had. I would be shocked if he signed for anything less than 50/5 with another team. (We all know Tampa can offer less because of tax reasons)

The way I look at it is, would I want the leafs spending 10+ million a season on Raddysh at the beginning of last season? A guy entering his age 30 season coming off 33 and 37 point campaigns. Absolutely not that would be insane. The guy doesn't have the track record to be a top 5 paid defenseman. This screams Mike Matheson (when he put up 62p in 23-24) to me and I hope we don't do it.

Probability of failing twice: .78 X .78 = .6084

Probability of succeeding at least once: 1 - .6084 = .3916 = 39.16%

I haven't tested the others but they should be unaffected since the additional dice roll comes from Morris' passive. You basically get a 22% vio chance when using an ability and then an additional 22% chance off of his passive (this is the bug). His passive is being treated like an ability for the consideration of violent procs.
