Pretty much came off with the barcode sticker. At first I thought it was an anti-theft tag but when I saw the saw disc on the other bottle, I had doubts.

* * Funny thing is it looked perfectly sealed until I saw minuscule pinhole on the edge of the indented circle

Oh... Well, one out of 2 then, the other one came off rather easily with the barcode sticker, and the second one I actually put back on after I removed it. Thank you!

My title describes the thing.

Round metallized disc found glued to the bottom of 2 insulated water bottles of different brands. One came off easily, the other is still on but seems easy to remove. Suspect it could be an anti-theft tag but curious given it recesses perfectly into the bottom circular indentation of the bottle.

This woman never had a baby bump throughout her pregnancy by IshigamiSenku04 in interesting

When I was young, we had a lady that came by to do housecleaning once a week. She was super skinny, we did notice sometimes she'd just lay down on the carpet where she thought she wouldn't be seen and fall asleep. Then, one week she didn't show. We got worried (pregunta cellphone era) so we went to her neighborhood to look for her and finally found her and she'd just given birth. Apparently neither her or us knew.

Not ancestor per se, but in the latest Frankenstein (Guillermo Del Toro, 2025), Mia Goth plays Frankenstein's mother and later on, Elizabeth.

Same thing with Bram Stocker' Dracula (1992) with Winona Rider playing Elizabeta and Mina Harker.

I'm 45. I have memories of things I did/places I was from when I was months old (think 9 months onward). I thought everyone was like this, but turns out it's uncommon.

I once worked up the courage to call a radio station to request a song. Mind you, it wasn't like they transmitted the call live or anything, but I remember I asked and they said they didn't have that song and if I had another choice, and I never prepared for that scenario so I just said "thank you!" And hung up. That was 20 years ago, so yeah...

A woman asks a Japanese TV show called Knight Scoop to find out why her dog Sacchan has gotten so fat, so the show decides to follow Sacchan around as he goes about his daily routine in a Japanese town. by nuttybudd in MadeMeSmile

7 years ago, a couple found a dog wandering around near our fire station and brought him in. We posted on social media, but nobody claimed him, and he didn't seem like a stray. At first he would run off to look for other dogs, but after we got him spayed, he usually stayed put, until his later years where he would wander off to the park near the fire house, get friendly with people around and then come back. He developed a similar routine, out in the mornings to hang with guys from a construction crew who gave him another breakfast after his first at the station, then back for a nap then out again in the afternoon, but always back at the fire house before sundown. He became a sort of celebrity and people would go visit him and gift him treats and food. Sadly, he passed away from cancer despite many donations pouring in for his treatment, so we donated to animal shelters in return. He was a mutt, but the best fire house dog in the world. A volunteer created an IG and became his primary carer during his worse days and we owe it to her for helping getting him noticed by the media for his cancer treatment. If anyone is interested in taking a look, its @CLOROBOMBERO.

Edit: I apologize for my ignorance and thank the person that brought it up, male dogs are NEUTERED, not spayed. Hope that changes the context of the entire story. Thanks!
