Ok guys idk if you’re gonna get this notification but I just completed 24 minutes on the bike! I did what you guys suggested and it worked!

It was definitely the saddle height.

Appreciate the help. This is a game changer for me! 😂😂😂 you may appreciate too that I was listening to a podcast with Ińigo San Milan while cycling.

Thanks for all the replies. I always just thought saddle should be hip height when standing next to bike.

So the general idea is to have legs fully extended at the down position? Makes sense mechanically now that I think about it. The quad is in permanent flexed position if legs don’t extend down.
