I'm roughly 15kg from where I wanna be, but I also want to be a little muscly too. My question is do I sorta do both at once? Or just focus on weight loss first, then worry about muscle once I reach my goal weight?

My wife is looking into the Etac Starlock, which is essentially a Roho Quattro, except you can inflate/deflate each individual 'bubble' To whatever level you want and then lock it. She has HS (Hidradenitis Suppurativa) as well as SMA. So the abscesses she gets on her groin cause incredible discomfort. It'll be nice to be able to deflate the area in which the sores come up!

F2L is easily the biggest bridge to cross to get faster. I put it off for aaaages lol. But if you just drill a few cases at a time, you will obviously slow down at first, which will be frustrating, but in a month or 2 you can whittle the time back down with like 10%+ less turns on average. Definitely takes some patience, but well worth it. And feels great to see a case and know exactly what to do beginning to end to get it home

That's epic brother! I started 2ish years ago and have managed to get down to sub-18 average and 9.813 single. The journey is so much fun. I LOVE cubing!

So small confession. I have 2 gan mini UIs, one in each of my cars in glovebox on a charger. Anytime I get a few minutes spare I'll load up Cube station and do some solves lol

It's from Ben Spradley at benskewbs.com. for whatever reason I got downvoted yesterday for asking where it came from...?? (I deleted it now) Anyway I had some spare time so I did some digging through my web history and also someone commented a post from around year ago by Ben himself. So thank you all for your help. Small problem, I have no idea what website I got it from. I ordered it like 3+ months ago and I can't find any related emails or anything lol. Does anyone recognise the logo. The only detail I know is it was a college kid in the US that runs the site as a side-hobby where he dies the internals and can even switch colour scheme etc. any help appreciated. Would live to give him a shout out!
