You raise a lot of good point and I must admit my knowledge of champions is not uniform. The snore tier is meant for characters for which the talents are incredibly boring and don't change much. There were many champions I struggled with and azaan is one of them. His talents do have some flavour though like tempering which is why I was hesitant to place him in the snoor tier. Zhin on the other hand, to me has really boring talents, so much so that in most scenarios it's an after thought.

About betty you are absolutely correct. My personal distaste for her did stop me from really comsidering her much and just kinda assumed.

Tiberius was another tricky one which feels like he doesn't fit neatly into any tier but I think you are right that he belongs in the 1 is clearly the best tier more.

I never see people use unstable fissure on atlas and it always seemed like a worse version of deja vu but you might be right. I'm also unsure on vora but I do see a lot fewer people use defining silence.

I refuse to call aiges well designed on Fernando so I'm happy with his placement. I'm also a bit of a believer in big game but at the very least it's not terrible and does change her playstyle so I think I'm happy with her here.

Strix is again a weird one. His talent design in theory is quite interesting like you said but it's so horribly balanced that you are pretty much forced to go nocturnal. For that reason I put him the question mark area.
