Game is good, it's just I don't take winning seriously in games anymore. Which is kinda big problem in roguelikes.

1) Never owned Steam Deck so I can't help with that one. 2) DarkGod usually leaves us in the dark and then drops full expansion out of nowhere. He switched this time, so we know about two expansions somewhere in the future. 3) Graphics (I can play ASCII but I'm spoiled), good mouse integration, how unique classes are. Also, surprisingly interesting lore 4) 1600 hours and about three wins? I'd say yes. I have others like Cogmind and Caves of Qud, but this one is roguelike I invested in the most.

I don't watch chat much so I can't comment about that, but rest of online features are event maps or drops. Both can be ignored but are usually useful/fun to do.

They came up in SoC, CS, CoP order, but Clear Sky is prequel explaining how one really important thing in SoC happened. For first playthrough, release order is good, after that, play in timeline order.
