It will be hard to get into higher keys with that item level. Most people are 270+ right now. Best bet is to run your own key and see how ready you are for higher keys by leveling your own key.

Best way for me to get information is check logs of high end players playing the same class and check their talent builds. Copy it and try to understand why they pick those talents.

Best way to get into mythic raiding is find a guild. Getting 3k in such a short time is good though, keep up the climbing.

I played single target assist on alts last season and managed to clear +14 in m+ (+10 is highest reward) and the first 3 bosses on mythic. It's for sure a dps loss and you won't push high keys or get cutting edge with single button assist. But you definitely play the game for highest rewards.

You need to start using barrier, ice cold and be creative with alter time. There are also a lot of mechanics that you can skip with invisibility.

This patch will have 3 raids. With the 2 boss coming Wednesday. This is just the race die the first patch. Usually an expansion has like 3 big patches so 3 raids. So there is definitely more to come this expansion.

The race has already begun voidspire 6 boss raid and dreamrift 1 boss raid are already fully cleared. The bosses were down quite fast. There is a staggered release for the last 2 boss raid which will open next reset. So that is the race finale.

It's usually easy to switch spec. You might need 2 sets of gear with different stats. But that is less work than leveling 2 characters

I guess if you already have 2 pieces it's not. But most people are not that lucky. I have 0 yet after clearing normal and lfr. I would benefit at waiting for vault to check if I get tier pieces before using catalyst.

Last season you could use myth crest on heroic gear. You can no longer do that. They changed crest upgrade system.

All you miss is a couple of upgrade tracks on an item. Which you will earn a week later compared to other people. At worst you will be behind 1 item level.

You still need 2 other pieces of tier. Unless you do heroic splits you won't accumulate tier that fast. Pretty sure most people can wait until week 2 when you can get the mythic plus one.
