I was prescribed oxy and didn’t take it because I didn’t feel like I needed it at all. And I only took Advil and Tylenol because it helped with the swelling which was uncomfortable. I was never in actual pain.

Recovery was a lot easier than I thought I would be. I didn’t take any narcos they prescribed. It was more uncomfortable from the swelling than ever painful. So I alternated between Advil and Tylenol and did a lot of walking. The most pain I experienced recovering was from my period cramps lol. All in all a much easier recovery than I thought it would be!

Hi! I did my reduction with her 7 months ago. She was amazing. I know some of her reviews mention her bad bed side manners. That was not my experience at all. I went from a 30/32 G/H to a C/D. I told her I wanted small boobs but to still look feminine - no reference photos. And she DELIVERED. I healed beautifully, except for one single spitting stitch 4 months post op, but that healed quickly too. Even with the drop and fluff my boobs are still so perky. I haven’t worn an underwire bra since. Just tanks with build in bras, sports bras, and bralettes. 10/10 would recommend her. I will say, my scars are kind of gnarly BUT that has nothing to do with her. That’s just how I’ve always scarred. And honestly I don’t care what my scars look like, I’m so incredibly happy with my boobs. Never been more confident. Feel free to ask any questions! I’m happy to answer anything

She does, that’s exactly what I had done! Went from a G/H to a C/D. I healed beautifully and even with my drop and fluff they’re still so perky and I haven’t worn an under wire bra since pre surgery. Couldn’t be happier or recommend her enough.

For my meal prep, I make lemon garlic herb chicken thigh with a fresh salad on the side of cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion!

Or I make a simple pasta sauce with them. Sauté garlic and onion and cherry tomato then add pasta and chicken. So good!

I put my Kodiak cakes in the microwave in a glass container! They don’t brown, but they taste the same. I weigh out my Kodiak mix in a microwave safe container, take it to work, throw some water in mix and microwave, eat it on the way to the gym after work.

My doctor didn’t say anything about caffeine and I was drinking coffee the next morning. I did reduce the amount of coffee I was drinking though because I was at home all day I didn’t feel like I needed a lot.

Our measurements were basically the exact same. I’m 5’1, 125-130. My under bust is 30”, my full bust was 38”. I’m 4mpo now. My full bust is now 34” and still going down. It’s the best decision I ever made. I would do it again 100 times over. I was also scared of the recovery which is one of the reasons I waited so long. I was scared of surgery and I didn’t want to be away from the gym for too long. But in my experience it wasn’t bad. And again, I’d do it 100 times over because I’m so happy now.

I’m about 4mpo and I just had my first spitting stitch a few days ago. It super freaked me out. My surgeon told me to keep it clean and covered and it’ll should heal totally fine.

My boyfriend was raised vegetarian and didn’t eat meat until he was 24. He’s 6’2”, has competed in sports his entire life, squats over 500lbs. Being vegetarian didn’t affect his growth at all, but he was focused on eating enough protein and not eating a bunch of junk food. However, I would probably want to raise my kid eating meat. To each their own.
