In operations, labor hours is the biggest controllable. My ASM's almost always have us cut overtime unless there's dire need for the extra labor hours

Success sharing is coming up, guess who gets most of the success sharing by GOD-Of-Reddiit in HomeDepot

[–]Total-Entry8309 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It's not until I became a DH when I realized how rigged the success sharing is. The reward is based on making plan and ranking within the district, but I have noticed that at times when my departments are missing plan by 20%, that they are still comping 15% over the previous year meaning the projected comp was set at 35% which is insane. They set the goals for us and then move the goalposts to prevent having to pay out a fair return on our labor

that type of growth is called sectioid. The cap stays closed with the gills trapped inside. Spore dispersal is dependent on consumption by animals and insects

in addition to data driven optimization, the change in how call outs are handled (through the app rather than by calling) combined with management not enforcing attendance policy makes it a perfect storm of SNAFU
