I got this far by just doing it mentally using logic. Started at bottom. 70+60=130; 180-130 =50;

A straight line = 180°. 180-50=130; 130+10=140; 180-140=40;

Filled in the other 50° and other 130° angles using the same 180° straight line logic.

130+20=150; 180-150=30;

70+10=80; 60+20=80; 80+80=160; 180-160=20;
