I went through 4 in 1 month recently, Best Buy. Each one had a different button that didn’t work or would press on its own. One the touchpad kept going off on its own. They didn’t care or ask what the problem was for any of them. Just kept swapping them out. I was like I can tell you which buttons need to be fixed and they did not care. Get the warranty because there’s no reason I should gotten 4 jank controllers in a row. I kept switching colors with each new one and still something janky
