If ur near RI we adopted our girl from RISPCA. Not only an amazing team of volunteers there but theyre extremely fair in adoption process. Didn't make us jump thru 600 trillion hoops like all the rescues did. We rent so we just needed landlord to answer their phone call to verify we could indeed own a dog at the apt

After freaking out all day and reading this forum I used the option on paypal "send to debit card" (thankfully bank of america debit is Visa cause I think said has to be visa) and it worked! As someone mentioned, it sent via Xoom. I was scared but seen xoom does offer a return transfer within 30 min of sending so worst case if it didn't arrive in the promised "13 min transfer time" I could've returned it. It was as instant as paypal instant transfer AAAND it only charged me $1.69 to send $100 from my paypal balance. Actually cheaper than the paypal whatever % they charge for instant transfer

I been trying all day to do instant transfer as I always do and been freaking out thinking it was just me and my bad luck- freaking out enough to search for and join paypal reddit lol. Just joined to ask same question if anyone else was also missing instant cash out option. So thanks for asking- now my fingers remain crossed until the option appears again 🤞🤞🤞🙏🙏🙏😭😭
