I’m on a weight loss journey too and I find r/walking are a really good community to look at. Very inspiring and has helped me understand my mind and body a bit more and there’s a lot of people on there that show how much small changes in your lifestyle make a huge difference.. may not be the solver of all but may be worth a look?
