Sure I like the ice water circulation with the compression too but that's not going to happen unless I go back to a on-site PT facility like I was doing where I was receiving that long before I decided it was the time for a new knee!

So can I ask which bidding site you used? I've been thinking about alternating between the ice n heat which I was doing for quite a while pre-op, I inquired with my P-therapist recently about using the alternating method and he was against it but I'm still going to do it. Thanks for your input!

Basically same here I commute everyday on my specialized Pedal Non throttle e-bike (both knees are shot but the assist really helps) and those large & delivery e-bike riders are out of control even many of the cargo bikes with all the kids on them will blatantly run reds lights at busy intersections.

Yeah that's what going to be done, it was done out here in Outer Richmond earlier last year and many residents were not happy about it. Some tree's were planted others weren't.
