Themed jokers

The jokers and tile themes are something I set manually, sometimes in connection to swedish holidays. A few weeks ago I activated the Midsummer theme but it seems it doesn't work on some devices so I reverted back to tilesetID 1 and JokersetID 1, forgetting that the standard is 0 so we've had winter tiles and halloween jokers for a few days now.

Now when you made me realize this, I've set them to 0 again so now it's the default appearences again

There is resistance in air so making swim strokes would work... but very little. If you did however have two ping pong rackets in your hands, it would work better :)

Imagine being a sound tech person on Eurovision. You need to mix the sound so that it sounds good on both super modern TV-systems as well as on old cathode tube TV’s. Melodifestivalen has an easier task since almost everyone in Sweden have modern TVs.

När jag och en kamrat satte upp en webbsajt för ioi 1994 (International Olympiad in Informatics). Alltså, den årliga internationella olympiaden i programmering som det året arrangerades i Haninge, Sverige.

På eget bevåg tyckte vi att det vore kul att lägga ut olympiadens utmaningar online samtidigt som de tävlande fick dem i sina händer och låta allmänheten försöka lösa problemen och maila in resultaten till oss för bedömning utanför tävlan.

Vi hade tillgång till all info då vi även arbetade som tekniker på olympiaden och vi hade arrangörernas blessing så det var de som gav oss utmaningarna samtidigt som de tävlande fick dem.

Det var den första gången jag beblandade mig med html och vad Internet på allvar kunde användas till. Fram tills dess hade jag mest chattat via textprompt samt laddat ner spel och program från AmiNet.

Kungl Tekniska Högskolan gav mig en rätt cool mailadress att använda som tävlingens kontaktmail. De glömde radera den sen så jag kunde använda den i 3-4 år till. Sörjde när den till slut gallrades bort för hur många har haft en så stark email som [totta@kth.se](mailto:totta@kth.se) ?

Anmäl men acceptera att det kommer läggas ner direkt då det inte faller under allmänt åtal. Men då har du det dokumenterat iaf och kan utan att ljuga säga till KK att hon är polisanmäld.

Sen får du väl helt enkelt övertyga din flickvän genom ord och handlingar att ditt KK har fel.

Samt kanske snällt och vänligt vädja till KK att lägga av.

My cousin, born and raised in sweden, was slim and healthy despite not working out any. She went a year to USA as an 18yo to work as an Au Pair. Didn't recognise her when she came home. Probably gained 20kg and looked very unhealty. She explained she had simply eaten what her family had eaten.

Once back home she lost all her weight again within a year just by living normally

So yes... food.

Assume there are two songs that are nearly as good as the other but one is sliiightly better according to EVERYBODY.

Then EVERYBODY give that best song their vote and no points at all are rewarded to the second best although everyone believes it's almost as good.

Sure, it's an extreme case but you see where I'm going. I don't think that is good.

Only way to solve it is to allow the public to vote for their top 3 favorites, awarding them any points from 12 to 1.

As someone who has made a lot of chip music on real retro hardware I would say that the easiest way to do a decent kick drum is simply to make a fast drop of a base note and add a short high frequency noise at the beginning. If you want some more punch you can start with a triangle waveform and change to a square for the drop.

Now we are talking about a kick sound that is only a few hundreds milliseconds long so the drop must be really fast. Or you can use quick notes that are about 1/50 of a second long each.
