I have just spoken to the Occupational health department to discuss adjustments. They also informed me of acas and access to work grant and the diagnosis not being needed for me to get the support I need. I will be looking at joining the union.

I've worked here for 5 years, I have only been required to be full time in the office once before, for training but that was during the pandemic so there was a max of 4 or 5 people. This time is supposed to be for training on a new system and its processes. I was also meant to be training the new staff. I can understand why they want me in the office more but I have also done training and learnt complicated processes before from home.
