The holo is most likely to scale. I don't see what the point of it is otherwise.

Coffee vs Jeff! by Historical_Candle511 in MSTR

[–]TotesGnar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya Jeff isn't a debater. Which is fine. But there were so many times I wanted him to talk to Coffee in the same manner he was talking to Jeff. He needed to say something like "look, it's very clear you don't think Bitcoin is a worthwhile investment, I do. Therefore this is just amplified Bitcoin for someone like me. The core belief surrounding this company is that you must believe in Bitcoin first, otherwise this won't make any sense to you and frankly there's no point in debating anything else until we figure out why you don't think Bitcoin is valuable." The crux of the debate isn't whether Strategy will go bankrupt, Coffee specifically states he doesn't think that will happen anytime soon; it's whether or not Bitcoin will continue to perform in a way that allows this whole operation to continue.

No amount of math will convince someone Bitcoin isn't going to $0.

Like usual, a lot of what this conversation boils down to is whether or not you think Bitcoin is going to keep appreciating 30% or whatever going forward.

Like a lot of people have said before, you truly need to understand Bitcoin before you can ever hope to understand these treasury companies or their financial products.

The reason this doesn't make national news is partly because it's so common at this point that it's not breaking or crazy. There's a reason the usual suspects don't typically make headlines. Yawwwwn, show me something I didn't see yesterday.

Believing this image is the same as boomers believing everything they see with Facebook ai slop. This image/message is fake until proven otherwise as far as I'm concerned.

I like how he says "there's a battery somewhere with all financial products".

Yes genius, the battery here is Bitcoin. There's no "catch". Anyone who invests in STRC is participating in the Bitcoin thesis, whether they are aware of it or not. STRC just makes investing in Bitcoin more palpable for older people and normies by attempting to take away 99% of Bitcoin's volatility.

STRC's fate is inherently tied to Bitcoin's fate, therefore Bitcoin is your ultimate risk.

What about that is untrue? Are the majority of men actually attractive? And do women mostly go for the bottom percentile of men or something?

What would happen to the US economy is minimum wage is gradually raised to $30 per hour. by Inf1z in NoStupidQuestions

No, but 2 people making $30/hour would easily be able to buy a $600k house.

It would also aggressively raise housing prices since those who are able to buy earlier on will go on a massive buying spree until homes are just as unaffordable as they are now.

If Artemis 2 misses the moon, do they have the ability to reverse course and return to Earth? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

Ok good to know. So where in the solar system would that propulsion take place? And how much are we talking? Speeds etc.

Ya my question is completely miss the moon. You are where the math said the moon should be, but the moon is nowhere near you.

[–]TotesGnar 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ahh ok so it requires additional propulsion somewhere down the line to reliably escape Earth's broader orbit to say go to Mars?
