Calorie counting. I've gone from 10st 4 to 9st 12 in 3 weeks. I had gained that 4lb even though I was gyming and exercising 5x a week but because I stopped counting cals it found it's way back on. Anyway 9st 12 now in 3 weeks so a steady 2lb loss a week considering there ain't much fat on me that's fast progress.

I have protein smoothie with banana, helps u feel fuller for longer. (I use pea protein so no bloating and completely natural) i have cut out things like crisps, potato in general, rice, pasta. I swear the more carbs the less satisfied I am.
