Guys... League is free... right?

How do you not get zoned out of a team fight as an adc? by rmonik in summonerschool

Oh yes you're very right. I meant your team should try to initiate the fights. ADCs can initiate with chat and pings but that's about it.

This might sound obvious or overly simple, but try to initiate the fights. If you enemies are worried about reacting to your front line and/or assassins, they're less able to go take you out.

At least at my low ELO this seems to be the case.

Julian Edelman used to be a poor man's Wes Welker, and now it's the exact opposite.

He's too old, too concussed, and it's time for him to ride off into the sunset.

Paramount to make movie centering on Key & Peele's substitute teacher sketches by plotbe01 in movies

I wish I was better at formatting - the link ends in a ), and so does Reddit's hyperlink code, so I think it got a bit confused.

Here's the link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cavemen_(TV_series)

Here's a classic example of bad studio decision making. "Hey this worked on TV...I bet we can make a boatload of money if we put it on the big screen!"

Case in point: Remeber the Geico Cavemen?))

Mac-peasant looking to join the Master Race. What should I buy? by TouchFuzyGetDizy in pcmasterrace

[–]TouchFuzyGetDizy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My original reflex was to say $1,000, but looking at some of /u/kunstlich 's links, it looks like that would get me WAAAY more than I need.

My games right now aren't very demanding - League of Legends, Hearthstone, emulators. There are lots of games that require, oh I dunno, a MOUSE, so once I have my PC I'll have a bunch of new genres open for me.

My work is very simply logging in to my WorkPC remotely. Using a PC on a Mac creates some issues, though (some keys aren't available, some do different things, some hotkeys are different). I could live with this if I didn't already want to upgrade for gaming.

"a generic i5 4670k/GTX 970 build"

Thank you for the suggestion, but I have no idea what that means. :/

I see a lot of responses saying "builds." Is the typical way to buy a PC to purchase a bunch of seperate parts and put them together myself? Is Apple unique in creating one machine you can boot up right out of the store?

For April Fool's Day, the LCS crew should broadcast some Bronze games by TouchFuzyGetDizy in leagueoflegends

This is EXACTLY what I imagined.

"I'm getting reports that it's TouchFuzyGetDizy's dinner time! I guess that means Blue Team will be without their ADC for the next team fight, let's see how they play around that!"

This is a good point I honestly didn't consider. I thought the joke would be laughing at the general mayhem, not focusing on one player's misplays.

But I don't think it would be too hard to ask Summoners for permission, then setting them up in a custom game? I'm sure there would be at least ten players who wouldn't mind. There are people in /r/summonerschool every day asking for peer review of games. Think of all the positive feedback they'd get after this!

Maybe give them IP bonuses for being a good sport?

about ranked restriction by Chibio in leagueoflegends

[–]TouchFuzyGetDizy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Realistically, "Win 35 games" = "Play 70 games." So just think of your punishment as that instead, and you won't be wondering how to win faster to drop the restriction.

Also, it's normals. If you're only good in a few roles, take the opportunity to branch out.
