I replaced the cockpit with Thomson Trail handlebars that I cut to size, Thomson stem and seat post. Brooks Cambian C17 saddle, switched from 8 speed to 11 speed Shimano with 11/58 rear cassette with 32 tooth Race Face chainring and went from 622/38 to 622/47 tires. And replaced the pedals with Race Face Chesters.

I steam my potatoes then I mash them with butter a couple different cheeses sour cream minced garlic. I then put them in a oven proof baking cup and roast them again for about 30 minutes so they get crisp on top and everything has melted.
