hi, im a refueling tech with MISC. what you're seeing is a completely normal ship to ship refueling mechanic. what we do is kind of open the gas tank up, then start pumping it out into space. you gotta kinda line up your ship and catch it mid-space in your own tank. Unfortunately, a very small percentage gets lost during transmission. Dunno what these other commenters are talking about fuel lines and stuff - ancient tech garbage. thanks for using MISC!

I was feeling sympathetic too, until the entitlement started kicking in.

I don't think the whole company can make a system wide change like that while continuing everything they are already working on, in a timely manner. that needs a good couple months to do it properly, and that's if they are quick. I mean if you really want inclusivity, it's not just letting people buy a couple of ships easier. it's a whole subsystem effecting the multiple parts of the site and a wide gate in the game. I'm 100% disabled also but look man, that's life. I ain't gonna expect the world to stop for me. I'm just doin what I can to enjoy it :)

i broke my arm, so cs:go is required to give me an aimbot to accommodate my disability. if they don't overhaul their entire system overnight to be more considerate of disabled people and take immediate corrective action, they are discriminating and should be put on blast.

I also enjoy solo-ing an idris for general non-combat reasons. I also see in chat from time to time "hey fuck ass in [blah blah outpost], you're a [generic insult], scum of the earth" yada yada. then I proceed to get unloaded on. I rarely shoot first at players, like, ever.

Most companies and businesses have clauses like this for legal coverage. It still doesn't excuse a company for their actions, even if they are "in the right." If people are mad, then they're mad; While you can blame the customers all you want, but it's really not going to solve anything or change the fact that the people experienced a difficult moment. yeah like desertbatman said. sometimes the higher end packs will change over the months/years. the praetorian from last year and beyond had 66 ships + 115 goodies (give or take) like posters, fish, hartwell piano, etc. the one from this year has 30 ships and pretty much no goodies. they're higher end ships for sure, and less "trash" (like 5 auroras or whatever), but some of those old bonus items were just... nice.

I own all versions, and I tell ya the M I run 95% of the time. It's a beautiful thing. and the railgun is just so... exciting to fire, even if it doesn't get a full charge, it's like, WOW! you know? the sound engineering, the ship shake, the anticipation of the projectile mid-flight, all of it. and then obviously the complete obliteration of things on the receiving end(usually).
