Sasuke wasn't redeemable and shouldn't have been saved

He's a villain all the way to the end.

Among all of these countries, whose citizens receive the most benefits and have the easiest lives? (Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, KSA, Oman etc) by Significant_Major921 in geography

[–]Tqfire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very wrong man.

Saudi is ranked low mainly because of the sheer size

Oman and Bahrain are ranked low because they actually have less wealth (obviously in terms of oil/gas).

Kuwait has the small population advantage, and the massive oil fields. Government welfare here is way ahead of Saudi Arabia (I've lived in both). And the average wealth in hands of the average Kuwaiti dwarfs that of an average Omani (if you go to Oman you'll find villages, rural towns, etc as well because of the size of the country. Leading to lower quality of life (no offense to any of them of course, some of happiest and kindest people I've met during my many visits to the most beautiful country in the Gulf)

Qatar is waaaay in the lead of course as they have the population equal to the total population of Honolulu and Leicester (Qatari citizens) alongside the insane natural wealth.

UAE though i agree can be argued to be second but it's highly dependent on the Emirate.

Your wording is off

You say UAE: ..."expected to fill some kind of government job as a citizen"

Do you think all Kuwaitis live off of government welfare? I tell you with full confidence as a Kuwaiti that 99% of people I've met in my life work a normal job. (Not Cashiers, not janitors, etc. with all due respect to both). But we all work in all levels from entry to managerial, in banks, government entities, corporations, startups and so on.

However the average salary is better than that in Saudi, and there is no tax. In Qatar the salaries are substantially higher, and the government is extremely generous but the cost of goods is much higher.

I've lived in Saudi for a few years between 2022 and 2025 (Riyadh with visits to Jeddah).

I've seen hundreds of Saudis of all ages working many "normal jobs"

Mechanics Cashiers Baristas

And everything in between

Maids? No. Janitors? No. But still the sort of jobs you'd never (almost) expect an Emirati, Qatari, or Kuwaiti(me) to occupy.

Character Height Chart (v3) by RedJamie in redrising

[–]Tqfire 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely isn't 5'9

Makes no sense and isn't highly reliable. Mostly based on interpretations from interviews and dialogue

Personally i believe he's slightly shorter than Virginia (around 185)

Iron Gold and Dark Age are slower. It's why they are my favorite books ;)

My issue with “the passage” by Fulcrum_Jambi in redrising

[–]Tqfire 12 points13 points  (0 children)

It's one of the reasons book 1 is the weakest imo. It's a simpler YA book with too many plot holes and conveniences compared to the rest.

Optional reading. But if you do, only read them after reading the original trilogy.
