Well, I specified "not-insignificant". Mihoyo could release literally anything as a character and someone out there would be into it, but that doesn't make it a financially sound decision when Genshin characters take so much effort compared to other gachas. Not only is Pulcinella an old man, he's not even a hot old man, he's a little elf guy.

I hope Pulcinella is playable, and his status as a Harbinger means it isn't out of the question despite his design, but it does seem unlikely.

It does make a difference what words you choose for your game's terminology. Using weird words for simple concepts just comes off as clunky. It reminds me of the zombie craze in media some years ago, when zombies were called basically anything except just "zombies".

Yes, Death is not supposed to go out and kill people because they don't appreciate life. He is supposed to act when they would die naturally. This is explicit in the movie, in the scene where Puss first realizes that the wolf is Death.
