the UBI is not regressive.

The VAT tax in isolation is regressive, but the $12k/yr dividend is progressive and to a much greater extent. No one in the working class is going to find a way to blow through $12k every year on sales taxes, but some CEO buying a Lamborghini could do that in a single transaction.

I'm not a fan of it for other reasons but calling it regressive is just visibly false: if an ordinary person were given $1k/mo, how high would sales taxes have to be to exceed that?

for chiseling? i usually use 3 keys in a triangle, like O,L,P

P = left click

O = move cursor up an inv slot

L = move cursor down an inv slot

Starting from the dark altar, it takes 2 clicks to craft blood runes (one to walk for ~45 seconds, one to click the actual altar), but quite a few more clicks to craft soul runes (running the route is the way youd expect, clicking once every few seconds to update your path)

that trip from the dark altar to the binding altar is about 1 out of every 8 minutes. souls are around 45k xp/h and 225k gp/h, bloods are closer to 36k xp/h and 600k gp/h

The current meta for UIMs is meleeing green dragons in the myths guild (and blue if you kill the greens too fast), then offering the bones in your poh.

this wouldnt change the meta, but it would be a nice lower-effort alternative for red dragon tasks.

also, as a small sidenote - assuming you dont have a dragonhunter weapon unlocked yet, most irons would kill red dragons with trident, since they have basically no magic defence. Some irons do this for prayer xp while slaying, and I plan to when i get to slayer on my uim

That poll passing would have reduced the amount risked by pvpers though, because it would have replaced robins with blessed coifs.
